PATHWAYS is Toastmasters educational program that focuses on personal and professional development. PATHWAYS, it's 5 basic competencies and 10 paths.  

Basic competencies

PATHWAYS' five (5) basic competencies are public speaking, interpersonal communication, stategic leadership, management, and confidence. 

Confidence is unique as it cannot be taught. It is rather acquired through practice. Hence, confidence is an acquired compentency for all paths. 

PATHWAYS allows you to acquire more than 300 competencies.

Paths

 A path has 5 levels and 14 projects. Paths are available in many language such as English and French.

When you register for the first time with Toastmasters, your first path is free. Following path are available at a cost of $20 USD.
